Dear Perry,

I want to offer a huge thanks to you and your team for your incredible customer service! Our school’s Otis fundraiser was our biggest fundraiser of the year, we could not have had the success we did if it wasn’t for your team going above and beyond.

I had requested a specific date and time for delivery, your team made it happen. We had a teacher who forgot to turn in her students order forms until the day before delivery, you all were able to scramble to include the 3 orders with our original delivery. And finally, we had a parent not pick up their items until a week after delivery. Every effort was made on our end to notify her that the delivery was at school however, this parent complained and requested her money back. You and your team saved us over $100 by re-sending the items at a major discount. Our administration is pleased that we were able to handle the parent’s concerns, and we are pleased that we didn’t lose the much needed funds for the school.
